Privacy
Sqwarq does not sell your email address or any other metadata you provide, whether purposefully or inadvertently, to any other party.

Sqwarq will never contact you or use your email address for any purposes other than those related to your registration or purchase of a Sqwarq product or service [1], or in response to a problem ticket opened by you with Sqwarq Support.

Any personal data provided by you to Sqwarq will be treated as strictly confidential and will never intentionally be shared with any other party, unless compelled by legal requirements.

In the event that you open a problem ticket with us, we may request information from you in order to help us resolve your issue. Our policy is to retain that information for a maximum of 30 days after our last contact with you. However, you may at any time request that any information we hold about you is deleted within 7 days of notice. We will honour all such requests so long as that request does not conflict with any overriding local laws or regulations to which we may be subject.

Sqwarq is fully GDPR compliant.[2]
